    Although I have tried to understand this feature, I can't figure out if it is avaiable for shuttle/transfer type products. This might explain why we don't see this feature attribute in any of our products.. Please advise.

    Hi Scott, I'm afraid at this time we do not support the pickup feature for shuttle products. Adding support for shuttles is in our roadmap and I will update you once we have a clear ETA.

    Is there anyway to make the pick up +15 minutes?  Eg when the pick up location is on the way to our destination?

    Hi Kate, yes it's possible, you can enter a negative time prior to a tour start time.

    But I wanted a positive time (not negative).  So say the departure is 8.00 am but the pick up from this place is 8.15 am.

    to have a positive pickup time e.g. 8:15, you have to set negative time prior to departure, when configuring the pickup (-15)
