    Hi guys, great to see the ongoing development. Re booking process, it looks from the above that you are keeping the annoying red asterisk beside 'Available Dates' in Step 1. Why is it there? We keep getting feedback that customers find it confusing as they think it refers to a specific reference note elsewhere on the page.....but there is nothing there. Also, are you using the upgrade as a chance to ditch the automatic filling in of one place on each trip - we keep having to refund customers who book a family ticket and don't spot that a single adult place has automatically been selected as well. Cheers.

    I like the new format. I again suggest that you include the day of the week captured next to the date. Hopefully my photos in portrait are no longer stretched when using a mobile device. I would like to see a similar format in confirmation emails. It would reduce the length of emails.

    With the new booking form, if there are multiple tours in one day or there tours is not available and they wish to see other tours either side of there requested date, I think the addition step currently used is important.

    I hope there is a way that ALL staff DO NOT see that dashboard report on sales and gross number. It is vital to protect company information and general booking staff should not be privy to that sort of turnover and financial information. There should be a setting as to what specific staff see that sensitive information.

    I would hate to think that all our shop and office computers are showing the world all that information

    I guess we would like more fine control … due to our needs most booking staff have to be booking managers so basically all our staff can see that , not ideal for us.

    Best solution from our view would be “who” would you like to see those reports and dashboards staff account by staff account. Its pretty sensitive info.

    Hi Russell,
    The "performance" report overview on the dashboard is only visible by users who could already see the Sales Reports.
    That includes Owner, Booking Manager and Accountant user roles.

    I really hope that in the update multi day programs will be shown as a range of dates on the calendar as opposed to just simply the start date. Any plans to make that the case?

    I agree that the user profile needs to be more specific in what they can view. Our front desk management need all the controls to book clients and add tours etc, but I don't want them to view our company performance.
