How To Find and Book a Product in the Marketplace

From shuttles, to hot air ballooning, walking tours to whale watching, you’ll be sure to find something that your customers will LOVE!

How to find products in the Marketplace

• Log in to Rezdy and click Marketplace > Tours and Activities
• Click Tours and Activities.
• Enter an activity name and location.
• Choose Marketplace Rate:
  • Products with Marketplace Rates can be booked instantly without the need for rates negotiation, and commissions are paid out automatically by Rezdy.
• Click Search.

How to book a product

Once you've found the right activity for the mutual customer, its time to book!

• Select the next available date:
  • by default, it will show the next 4 days of availability. Click the Next available date if there are no available dates in range.
• Click BOOK.

Tip: If you see a Request Negotiated Rate button instead, click the button to send a request to the Operator. They will receive your request via email.

Step 1: Availability

• Confirm the number of Adults/Quantities.
• Select the preferred time & date.

Step 2: Optional Extras

• Select Extras if applicable (optional).
• Click Customer Details.

Step 3: Customer Details

• Complete the Customer Details section with as much information as you can provide about the Customer.

Step 4: Review and Pay

• Review the Customer Order.
• Within the Booking Agent section you can:
  • find your commission payout amount and date;
  • enter a reference number (optional); and
  • enter any internal notes for the supplier
• Enter the credit card details.
• Click Confirm Payment.
