    I used this today but it is not copying the customer information into the form. New or existing customers.

    Agreed, this new "customer improvement" method is creating more work by not coping the selected customer into the booking form.

    Also when you are searching for existing customers why are the all fields not available to search in one box as it was before, allowing booking agents to find someone very easily in a 70,000 person database. The new way is not efficient as it only give you 4 customers to select from when we many have over 100 "John's" in our database

    Agreed this seems like it is more unnecessary work and is not quicker because we still copy all the clients info into booking form.

    I agree as well. More unnecessary work and less time efficiency is not an "improvement."

    I do not understand why other people are having difficulty with this upgrade. Our customer data is going exactly where we expect it to go, and the booking process is now much, much faster and more efficient. We've been Rezdy users for approximately one year, and in that time span this is easily the best upgrade that's been done.

    Ralph, I am having difficulty taking this as an improvement because as an example: I am in my customer database and I search for my own name by first and last name and I don't come up as a existing customer to select, once I do find myself in the database after much searching around I select myself and then my information does not transfer into my booking form information i.e. customer 1's info to then show on the manifest...Very annoying.

    BEST UPDATE YET! This saves major time during our reservation taking process. In one click from the calendar, we get to select a customer and make the booking. We do not create bookings by first navigating to the customer database, so I can't speak from that perspective. But, when you add an order from the calendar, you can begin typing in the customer's info and the fields will display a list of possible matches. This makes for a very desirable experience when working with repeat customers as it shows great customer service and also shows the customer that we recognize that they are a repeat customer and prompts us to thank them for their continued patronage. Keep up the great updates, Rezdy Team!!

    We don't navigate from the customer base generally when booking customers. We have many repeat clients and not having their information to copy into the order form so we can see it in the manifest is very counter productive. In order to circumnavigate this difficulty I am presently booking from the customer database but then I have to select product, date, and session. So more extra steps but at least my customer data is copied to the manifest. I am all for improvements and minimal steps but this change only works for customers who do not utilize the manifest feature. Plus I do not like not seeing the company information associated with my customers information. Right now all you get to see is first and last name, email, and one phone number.

    Love that new customer is created! Definitely saves a heap of time.Agree with some of the other comments about it being copied into the participant info at the same time.

    Thanks everyone for the feedback. We made a couple of adjustments that should fix the small issues some of you have experienced.

    There was a case where customer details were not properly copied to participants, but it should now work fine. We also increased the search to show up to 20 results.

    Other suggestions:
    Change the 4 search bars at the top to just one, so we can search any field of their customer profile - as it is in the customers page (a lot of our clients don't have an email, or mobile number so these are ineffective) even adding a phone field instead of mobile would be much better.

    Also it is automatically creating orders if you navigate from the calendar to a session then add and order and a customer. This is not a very good feature as it should never automatically create an order just because a staff member has let a page time out, if you can please stop this from happening that would be great.

    Having issues with this... when we book a new customer, we have to by law add address etc full details, if we add to recipient fields, we can't send an email or anything because the customer shows as unknown. if we add to the top customer field we have to create the booking then go to the cutomer and add the additional info,

    can we get an option as to what fields to show there... it's a lot of double handling or make it so the recipient 1 becomes the customer.
