Rezdy automatically sends booking confirmation to all online orders. But for orders made internally they need to be sent manually.
How to send a confirmation email to a customer
Within an Order:
- Click Email
- Click send now for the Order Details email
Note: If the 'send now' option is missing from the Email drop down, this means the main customer contact does not have an email address.
Tip: Clicking the customise button will allow you to customise the confirmation email before you send.
