How To Send a Confirmation Email to a Customer

A booking confirmation email is automatically sent for all online orders. However for orders made internally, emails need to be sent manually.
How to send a confirmation email to a customer
Within an order:
- Click Email.
- Select send now for the Order Details email.
Note: If the 'send now' option is missing from the email drop down, this means the main customer contact does not have an email address.
Tip: Clicking the customise button will allow you to customise the confirmation email before you send.
