How To Create a Customer

Overview

A customer contact is automatically created when they book online, or when they use the 'Contact Us' button on the booking form. You can also manually create customer contacts.

Tip: If you have an existing customer list on another system which can be exported, or already stored on a spreadsheet, you can easily import your customer data into your Rezdy account. Click here to learn more. 

How to create a new customer

• Click Customers
• Select New customer

within the New customer window:

• Update Personal information

• Update Contact information

• Update Marketing information
• Click Create contact
