How To Set Up a Fee

Overview

Fees can be created when you are required to collect a fee for 3rd parties. Fees can have a fixed value per booking or per quantity.

How to set up a fee

• Click Settings.
• Select Taxes and Fees.
• Click New tax or fee.

From within the New Tax or Fee screen

• Enter a Label for the new Fee.
• Next select Fee.
• Select a Value:
  • Percent - the fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total value of the product.
  • Fixed per order - the fee will be calculated as a fixed amount per product.
  • Fixed per quantity - the fee will be calculated as a fixed amount per quantity i.e. Adult, Child.
  • Fixed per duration - the fee will be calculated as a fixed amount per duration e.g. by Day, by Hour, by Minute product pricing options.
• Enter the fee amount.
• Click Create.

Note: Agent commissions are not calculated on (total) prices with exclusive taxes or fees.
