How to set up automated payment requests
FollowOverview
Automated payment requests are handy if you're not taking full payment upfront. This allows your Customers to make payment installations via a payment link within an email.
Rezdy allows you to schedule a maximum of 3 Automated payment request emails at certain amounts of days before the start date of the tour/activity or days after the booking was created online. For example:
- Automated Payment Request (1st): 1 day after booking made.
- Automated Payment Request (2nd): 3 days before tour date
- Automated Payment Request (3rd): 1 day before tour date

Payment Settings
- Enter the percentage of the total Order amount you want your customer to pay
- Enter the amount of days before tour date/after order date
Important: you may not need to use all 3 automated request emails to ensure your customers pay the entire balance of their Order. If you only use the 1st or 2nd (or all); the final automated request you configure should be requesting 100% of the balance. Basically this means the entire balance owing on the Order will be requested, regardless of any previously made payments.
