How To Set Up Sms Notifications

Rezdy allows you to send and receive SMS (text messages) in addition to Emails. You can set up SMS for different scenarios:
- Receive a notification when you get a new booking.
- Send a confirmation to your customers when they make a booking.
- Send a reminder SMS to your customers.
- Send a follow-up SMS to your customers.
How much does it cost?
SMS fees will be added to your monthly subscription charge:
- 0.09$ per SMS sent to United States and Canada
- 0.19$ per SMS to Australia and New Zealand
- 0.29$ per SMS to other countries
How to set up SMS as a supplier
If you want to receive an SMS each time a particular product is booked, make sure to enter your mobile number in the field below.
- Click Settings.
- Select Company Profile.
- Scroll down to the Mobile Number field and enter your number.

How to enable SMS notifications (suppliers & customers)
This can be enabled per product, which means you have greater control over which products you want to trigger an SMS to you or your customers.
- Within a Product's setup
- Click Messages
- Click Notifications
- Look to the SMS section and tick:
- Send me an SMS when I get a booking: to receive a Supplier notification
- Send an SMS to the customer to confirm his order: to send an SMS to the booking customer
How to enable SMS reminders (booking customer only)
This can be enabled per product, which means you have greater control over which products you want to trigger an SMS to your customers.
- Within a Product's setup
- Click Messages
- Click Reminders
- Tick the Send a reminder SMS to the Customer box
- Enter the amount of Hours/Minutes/Days before the session start time
How to enable SMS followups (booking customer only)
This can be enabled per product, which means you have greater control over which products you want to trigger an SMS to your customers.
- Within a Product's setup
- Click Messages
- Click Followups
- Tick the Send a follow up SMS to the Customer box
- Enter the amount of Hours/Minutes/Days after the session send time
