    There are a number of customer specific fields we can insert into a customized e-mail such as {{COMPANY_NAME}} 

    1 I want to insert {{BALANCE}} so i can automatically send a Balance due reminder to clients 60 days before travel, but {{BALANCE}} didn't work, although it looked like it might.  Can this field be inserted and if so what should I use please.2 Can we have a list of all {{FIELDS}} we can insert into customizable e.-mails Ideal requirement would look something like this (all {{FIELDS }} invented in this example for illustration purposes) Hi {{CUSTOMER_FIRST_NAME}},  

    This is a request for Final Payment of your upcoming Peru Vacation: {{PRODUCT_NAME}} starting {{START_DATE}}.

    May we go ahead and charge your {{CARD_TYPE}} Credit Card ending XXXX {{LAST_FOUR_DIGITS}} the balancing amount of {{BALANCE}}.  If you would prefer to use a different Credit Card please just let us know.  We accept payment both by Visa & MasterCard.

    After this the next step will be we will be e-mailing your Final Itinerary 14 days before travel and this includes all of the details such as booking codes, exact flight and train times and emergency phone numbers etc., that you will need for a trouble free vacation.

    In the meantime if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me personally.

    I agree with Andrew.  I would like to see more custom fields, specifically {{tour date}}, {{total due}}, {{first deposit}} and {{final balance}}.

    I would like to be able to create multiple pre-tour emails, and multiple post-tour emails.  It appears that we can only create one of each.  Am I correct?  I send a final payment reminder 35 days out and a pre-tour reminder about 7 days out.  I send a thank you/request for feedback 1 days after and a reminder about reviewing us on TripAdvisor 6 days after.

    It would be great to be able to embed links in the emails. For example, embed links to social media and trip advisor in a follow-up email as opposed to just pasting the whole web URL into the email.
