Creating Sessions is how you display availability of your tours and activities to your customers.
- Click Calendar
- Click New Session
3. Select a Product
4. Next available session: Select the starting date and time. Note: the duration will automatically be set based off the estimated duration settings on the Scheduling tab of the Product setup.
5. Repeat: select from one of the repeat options. In the below example; this session will repeat every day until the 31st Dec.
6. Price: This is automatically set based off the prices set up in the Details Tab of the Product setup. This can also be adjusted for seasonal prices where applicable.
7. Click the plus symbol to assign Resources. Note: this product's availability is limited by each Resource's availability quantity.
8. Click Create session
