How to use the Rezdy Vault

Important:  We'll be sunsetting the Rezdy vault on the 22nd March 2021. Additionally, all bookings that were made using Rezdy vault, with travel or attendance dates from the 1st May 2021 onwards, will no longer have credit card details within the booking. Please contact support if you have any further questions. 

How to find the customer's credit card number in Rezdy Vault

The customer's credit card details (except the CCV code) will be saved within the customer's order and accessible by viewing the payment details within the order.

Note: Credit Card details will be deleted from the Rezdy system 30 days after the tour date or booked date (if date is not applicable)

How to find the customer's CCV number in Rezdy Vault

The customer's CCV code will be sent in a separate, additional email allowing you to safely and securely access all information needed to manually charge your customer.
