How To Edit Customer Details

Overview

There are several ways to update a customer's details within Rezdy, here are two common methods.

1. Updating a customer’s details from the customer Page

• Click Customers.
• Select the Customer's name.

This will take you to the Customer profile page, update the relevant information and click Save at the bottom.

2. Updating a customer’s details within an order

• From the Orders page, click into an Order.
• Click the Customer name.

This will take you to the Customer profile page, update the relevant information and click Save at the bottom.
