Begin by clicking on the Start button from your Get Agent Bookings menu.
(Alternatively you can access your Company Info from your Settings tab)
Start by filling out your General Information such as your Company Name, Website and Rezdy URL
> If you do not have a website at this time, simply tick the, "We don't have a website" box and the field will be grayed out
> If you'd like to change Your Rezdy URL, simply click on the writer icon and update your domain name
Choose a Business category and Company type
*If none match, choose, "Other"
Next, enter your Contact and Business details.
Required fields include:
- Email address - Enter the primary email address for this company. We will send booking/order notifications to this email.
- Phone Number - This is your business primary contact number that will be visible to your customers
Other optional fields include:
- Mobile - This number will be used by Rezdy to send you SMS notifications if you enable the SMS App.
- Official Business Number - If you so choose, this information can be included in your Confirmation Emails to your customers as a tax receipt. Be sure to also enter the number type (ABN, EIN, SIREN, SIRET); for example: ABN 12 345 678 901
Add your Logo and enter your General Terms and Conditions
- Logo - Your logo will be visible in confirmation emails sent to your customers. Max file size is 2Mb. Recommended image size is 300px x 150px.
- General Terms and Conditions - Enter global terms and conditions that apply to all your products and services, if you have any. They will be visible to your customers before they make a booking and will be included in confirmation emails. Later you can also set additional specific terms and conditions for each of your products.
The next step is to add your Location
- Do not add a PO Box in this field. If a PO Box is the only address you have, best practice is to enter the city, state and country of your business only.
- Click, "Find address" to update the map
Lastly, enter all of your Social Media links
*Tip, if you'd like to double check that they've been entered correctly, click on the social media icon and you'll be redirected to the page you've entered.
