Sometimes you may need to cancel an order in Rezdy. The below article outlines the process. If you want to refund a customer the information can be found here.
1. Click Orders
2. Click the Order Number
3. Within the Order, change the current status to Cancelled.
4. (Optional) If you want to refund the Order the steps can be found here.
5. Save the Order
6. Once the Order is saved with the updated Cancelled status, send an Order Cancellation email to the customer advising them of the cancellation.
