Starting 18th December, pending orders WILL reduce your availability.
How do pending orders work now?
Pending orders do not currently block availability. If you have 10 seats available for a specific date you can have 50 pending orders for that same date.
Why are we doing this?
The majority of you have asked for this to help prevent overbooking, so we have decided to change it.
What's going to happen?
Starting 18th December, both "Pending Customer" and "Pending Supplier" statuses will block availability.
What if I need an order to not block availability?
You can still use the "New" status, or update it to "Cancelled" if you know it won't be confirmed.
