    Tour Sales

If I can get at least SOME traffic and bookings, the Pro plan would make sense, but frankly, 0 bookings in 6 months. I suggest offering this for lower level plans, to help drive traffic, and increase revenue, which will give cause to have the PRO plan anyway.

As it stands, I'm having a hard time justifying the current expense for Rezdy with the owners, as thye haven't seen any traffic. I think this feature would really help me change that.

    Hi Shawn,

I had a look at your Rezdy account, the reason why you didn't get any orders since you register 2 months ago is because your tours are not available to book. For example the "Arizona Monument Valley & Canyon DeChelly Tour" is only available 1 day in 2013.

I couldn't find any information on our CRM about the 1 hour consulting & training we provide to all new customers, so I would like to organise a phone call with you to help you to make the most of your online booking system. I have some recommendations for your website too, on how to make it easier for you customers to book. Finally, we need to setup your payment gateway.

Please send me a private message when convenient for you and I'll try to reach you on Monday.

Promo code are a good way to increase your online bookings (versus offline: over the phone, walk-in, email) as you can offer your visitor 5% discount, or $10 if they book online. Simply display a promo code on your website to be redeemed on the booking checkout page.

Hey Simon, site is working well. Bookings flowing well and instant cashflow with paypal is simple and working great too.

With the online discount is there a way to make it only for more than 48 hours before departure so the discount is only for online advance bookings?

    Hi Frank,

Do you want to use a coupon code for that? Increase your last minute price? Or always have a cheaper price for early bookings?

For the last option, we call that "Early bird" pricing. You can vote for it here:
