    Hi Carolyn,

    Sorry we forgot to mention that email reminders are available on our PRO plan and above, but they are not part of our STARTER plan.

    Can you choose when to send these reminders, eg. a month before their trip date? And are they automatically sent out or do you need to activate them?

    Hi Hilary,

    Reminders must be activated per product and the period can be customised. 

    You can access the settings when editing a product and going to the "Reminders" tab, but this is only available on our PRO and ENTREPRISE plans.

    Thanks Hugo, that sounds great. Two last questions.

    1. can you customise the reminder email for each product?

    2. can you add attachments to the reminder email, PDF gear list etc? No biggy if not, could include it in the body of the email.

    Yes you can write a short paragraph to add to reminder emails, and it is customisable for each product.

    You cannot add attachments yet, but that's not a bad idea and has already been requested by a few suppliers in our Ideas forum, so feel free to +1 on it. See  https://rezdy.zendesk.com/entries/21355225-A-PDF-Questions-Waiver-Attached-document
