RezdyPay Improvements

RezdyPay recently got a makeover, improved security, streamlined refunds and more. We're happy to announce further improvements to the Transaction Reports, allowing you to track customer payments and your payouts.

Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue with decimals when exporting RezdyPay reports
• Fixed a bug preventing the QR code scanner working for both Android and Apple devices
• Fixed a refresh issue on the Rezdy mobile app for Android devices
• Fixed a Dashboard bug not displaying bookings for "Always Available" type products
• Replaced a dead API which was guessing the location of a customer on the Rezdy booking form
• Removed instances of Google+ appearing the in application
• Updated the Google Maps version being used in confirmation emails
• Fixed the submit payment button in the mobile application so that it can only be clicked once, rather than appear as if it has not been clicked at all; this sometimes lead to duplicate charges
• Open a product preview in a new tab or window when clicking the 'Preview product' button inside of editting a product
• Print Confirmation link moved outside of the email body to ensure it is not included in the email subject snapshot
• Trust My Travel payment gateway integration upgraded in line with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) compliance
• Improved session time out experience so that all parts of the application time out at the same time and require a new login and session to occur
• Fixed incorrect pricing and contract expiry messaging sometimes appearing on the billing page
• Replaced permission & upgrade messages with user friendly names/copy to be more informative of what permission or upgrade is required for access to a feature
