There are 2 ways to create Orders on the Mobile App
- Creating a new order via the Order screen.
- Adding a New Order to a session.
Important: your User access role must be Booking Assistant or higher to create orders.
1. Creating a new order via the Order screen
The Order screen allows you to add an order to a session with or without existing orders.
- Click Order at the bottom.
- Select a Product & Time, click Create Order to proceed.
- Select the Quantities.
- Enter the Customer details.
- Click Create Order.
2. Adding a New Order to a session
The New Order button allows you to add an order to a session with orders already created.
- Find the Session you want to add an Order to
- Click the New Order button
- Enter Participants
- Enter Customer Details
- Click Create Order
