How to Receive Notifications for Abandoned Cart Orders

Overview

Receive an email each time a guest abandons their online purchase, and take action with follow up emails, marketing information to encourage your guests to complete their purchase.

Important: This is only applicable if you are using a payment gateway that redirects your guests from Rezdy to complete their purchase, click here to learn more.

How to enable users to receive an abandoned cart email

1. Click Settings.
2. Select Users.
3. Click the Username.

Within the User profile page, below the User information: Tick the Receive Abandoned Cart Emails check box
