Rezdy Mobile App: Sessions

Overview

This section of the Mobile App is where you'll find all sessions for the day and perform most of the day to day tasks. For example:

1. See a total of all sessions and confirmed participants.
2. Tap to perform a manual check In/no show or QR scan.
3. See a breakdown of all session start times, product details, and confirmed participants per session.
4. Click a specific session start time.
5. Create a New Order

Inside a Session Screen

Within a specific Session start time, you can:

1. See a breakdown of all orders including total number of confirmed participants, main customer contact, order number, and owing balances.
2. Tap to perform a manual check In/no show or QR scan.
3. Click a specific order for more information.

Inside an Order Screen

Within a specific order, you can: 

1. See important information regarding the order.
2. Tap Payment to charge credit card or record a payment
3. Add Note
4. Make contact with the main customer.
5. Click to see participant details.

Lastly, within the participant details page, you can see a breakdown of all participants.

More Info: Clicking the Session More Info button will display Session information including all Resources assigned, Internal Notes, and Product name.
