    I can not see the "Aditional Information" on my version. I can't see a checkbox to turn it on or off. It does display on my previous emails, but not this new version. Is this an oversight or bug? Your example version has it.

    Yep, we have the same situation. No additional information or Pick Up Location.

    Thanks Alexander and Sean.  

    It seems to happen when you don't tick "Show map in automated emails" in your product location settings.

    We will fix it ASAP, but in the meantime you should enable it, we've improved how the map looks like in emails a lot so you'll probably want to keep it!

    Please let me know when it has been changed. Unfortunately, we have different meeting locations, and currently there is no way for us to implement these various locations on Rezdy, so we send our own custom map on a tour by tour basis. We place post purchase up-sell inside our Additional Information so you can see why we need one and not the other.

    Thanks Hugo,

    My additional info per product (Add information to confirmation emails from product messages page) is now coming up as "Details of Your Experience" where your Pickup information is. Which is fine. But can I change that name? 

    Also, you have a text block called "Additional Information" underneath the Passenger Details. I assuming this is pulling text from a different place. I don't have that on my email now. How can I insert this into my email?

    It's actually the same data. We've now renamed it to "Additional information" everywhere to avoid confusion.

    If your additional information is small (<500 characters), it will show before the product details. Otherwise it will show after participant details.

    HI we still get come clients who print their bookings, and to try and avoid printing a tree, we would like to have the order confirmation number - The Rezdy booking number - near the order summary area. if a client only looks at the order summary there is no reference code for them to see if there is a query, or they only print that part.

    Currently ours has the tax invoice area, then the order summary, and then the T&C's..  ( 3 pages) we would prefer to have an option to print just the summary - especially when clients are buying for friends, and the price is preferred to be kept separate... ( a gift voucher is different)

    Let me know if this can work in the new email versions, or if we have to do a work around for our 20 or so products ( obviously i would prefer not to.

    HI - the Mobile manifest looks much better and can be used on both our android and ios systems.

    We would like to have 2 additions.

    1 - An option for our guides out in the field to make Qty notes in this system - or at least to alert us if the booking qty changes,sometime we have 3 pax booked on one booking number, but only 2 arrive...

    2 - A simple text box per session could suffice - or even an email link from the session that could alert our HQ - ie where you have (more info) have an envelope hyperlink to an email of our choosing so messages on the road are sent easily by our guides.

    this would make the mobile manifest useful for our guides - as at the moment we do not use it as its too simple. ( easy but not enough info)

    The new templates are great however we do not want the credit card payment option on our internal payment requests, we stick to EFT payments on our manual bookings. We would not want to use the new template if this cannot be removed. To test the new templates we opted for it before it is enforced from 1 April, please advise how we can  go back to our old templates in the meantime, hopefully this will become an option on the templates, if not we would have to go back to manual confirmations which really does defeat the purpose of Rezdy( being so fast & efficient with confirmations/payment requests ect).

    Please assist.

    A suggestion for the mobile manifest would be to include the SmartWaiver status. I did not see this information anywhere and it is one of the fields we selected to display on the manifest.

    Dear Rezdy

    Thanks for the updates and we have seen the new emails to us as operators now roll out. I can see they are clear, but the need to scroll to even see the travel date, is very time consuming. ( excuse capitals, but it helps to clarify I hope)

    We see that the ORDER Date is up the top, not the TRAVEL date, and the payment details are above the actual PRODUCT - product and travel date and booking reference are most important to us..

    We love rezdy and use it for all our availability, but we use other programs for some record keeping ( so QUICK glances of bookings have been such a good part of the old rezdy SUPPLIER emails.)

    IT IS CLUNKY - the email format for CUSTOMERS looks good - but in my opinion, the waste of space on the SUPPLIER emails and the layout and scrolling is not conducive to efficient time management - I hope you can look at this.

    Where do I begin with the new badly designed email template. Sorry about the moan, I too love Rezdy but they missed the mark on this one by a mile. And I voiced all these concerns to them directly a long time ago.

    1. I can't use the "Conclusion Text" now because it makes the voucher way too long, no option to put it at the end
    2. The Payment History has been moved to show above the Order Summary, which doesn't make sense and hard to read - why move it anyway? Who wanted it moved here?
    3. You are forced to have a static address for the Pickups to work - but if you use transfers like me you can't use this option anyway as it's not available, now I am stuck with the word "Address" showing by it'self because I can't put one in, I now have a big block of colour just for a little amount of text showing the time.
    4. The whole voucher is now so hard to read, all the text is really small compared to the old voucher which at least was nice and clear. It's so gappy with excess spacing with tiny text. 
    5. The "Order Details" are really hard to read now especially as they go across the page, when a guest types in a big comment (happens often) I get this skinny column pushing everything down yet again - looks bad
    6. It's still not mobile friendly, still looking at tiny text on my phone and I have a big Samsung Note - if you're going to so much effort to put in a new template like this at least make it better on a mobile phone.

    I too DO NOT want to use the new template - but I'm told it's tough luck for me and I have to. How can we be going backwards like this? Please can I go back to the old template - it's way way better. At least give us the option to switch if we want instead of forcing us like this. Very unhappy at the moment.

    The ability to edit the wording of the tags that are included in the templates, such as Order Status. It currently says "Your Order is not confirmed, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please wait for confirmation." We would like the ability to edit or at least correct the errors in the sentence (Order should not be capitalized)
