What Can a Staff User Do?
Overview
The Staff user role is best suited for individuals who require limited access to the application's features and primarily focus on tasks related to finding suppliers, finding agents, checking in customers, and managing the schedule. This role is suitable for personnel who do not need extensive control over dashboards, marketplace settings, inventory, orders, customers, agents, reports, selling online, integrations, and settings.

Other User Options
The following options can be set independently of the access role.
Order notifications - If checked, this user will receive all new order notifications by email. This includes Online and Agent orders, but does not include new orders created manually.
Internal Order notifications - If checked, this user will receive an email notification every time a new order is manually created.
View Company Notifications - If checked, this user will able to view all the notifications of the company.
Send and receive messages - If checked, this user will able to send and receive messages from other users of the same company as well as from other companies too.
Visible on company profile - If checked, this user will be visible on your profile page.
Receive Weekly Report Emails - If checked, this user will receive each week the weekly report by email.
Receive Abandoned Cart Emails - If checked, this user will receive an email every time a customer abandons their online shopping cart
Receive Bounced Notification Emails - If checked, this user will receive an email every time a customer email bounces.
Rates Notifications - If checked, this user will receive an email every time a reseller requests a negotiated rate.
Prevent Overbooking - Tick this box if you want to prevent this user from overbooking sessions.
