Product: Related products tab

Overview

This feature allows you to upsell and cross sell your products to your guests booking online.

How to set up related products

You'll find the related products tab within your product configuration page i.e. Inventory > Products > [product name]. From within a Product's configuration page:

• Click the Related Products tab.
• Tick the Products you want to be related.
• Optional: Tick the Mandatory box forcing the guest to also book this product. Enter any instructions.

Finally, click the Save product button at the bottom. 

How does this look online?

This displays to your Customers in 2 places:

1. At the bottom of the Product's description

2. After checkout, upon completing a purchase

You also have the option to make a related product mandatory meaning that the customer must book the related product in addition to this product. This will appear as the second/third step within the booking process.
